Blanca Rosales-Ahn, M.A., CMCS, is a bilingual career management and strategic professional with more than 20 years of combined experience as career counselor, mentor and program development in Business, Higher Education and Non-Profit sectors. She provides expert career counseling, evaluation and assessment services to diverse populations nationally. Blanca develops networks and nurtures relationships with individuals and organizations through unique career development and leadership programs aimed at enhancing the potential success of professionals and organizations.
A National Career Development Association Certified Master of Career Services (a credential that recognizes the contributions of professionals who mastered coaching, advising, and consulting roles in the field of career services), Blanca has led presentations, workshops and training programs in a multitude of topics including Interview Preparation, Job Search Strategies, Networking, Résumé building for individuals and organizations throughout New Jersey, New York, and Pennsylvania. She is the Executive Director of BRAHN Career Educational Consulting Services which is a professional organization specializing in career transition management and career advancement offering a full range of career counseling planning and educational guidance.
She previously served as president for the New Jersey Career Development Association and New Jersey Employment Counseling Association, Chair of the New Jersey American Council on Education of Women in Higher Education among other positions. She has taught Business and Psychology courses in higher education. Blanca is a community advocate with a focus in Education, Health, and Human Rights and Social Services. She is married and lives with her family in Union County, NJ.
