Blanca Rosales-Ahn, M.A., MCC, is a bilingual career management professional with more than 20 years of combined experience as career counselor, coach, leadership trainer and program developer in business, higher education and non-profit sectors. She provides expert career counseling, evaluation and assessment services to diverse populations. Blanca develops networks and nurtures relationships with individuals and organizations through unique career development and leadership programs aimed at enhancing the success potential of individuals and groups.
A National Career Development Association Master Career Counselor, Blanca has led presentations, workshops and training programs in a multitude of topics including interview preparation, job search strategies, networking, résumé building for individuals and organizations throughout New Jersey, New York, and Pennsylvania .
She previously served as president for the New Jersey Career Development Association and New Jersey Employment Counseling Association. Currently she teaches Business and Psychology courses in higher education and serves on the executive board of New Jersey American Council on Education of Women’s Network in Higher Education. Blanca is married and has one precious little boy, the family resides in Staten Island, NY.
