Joanna Feliciano

Dr. Joanna Feliciano has over two decades of initiating and delivering results in the financial services and insurance industry across Leadership roles. Dr. Joanna Feliciano  currently serves as Head of Business and Market Intelligence at Reliance Matrix. She leads, develops, and implements all Market, Competitive, and Business research supporting Strategy and Product Development across the enterprise. She also serves on the Diversity and Inclusion Council since 2020 and won the 2021 Global Good Company Award for her Corporate Social Responsibility work within the organization and community.

A prominent leader, advocate and trailblazer Dr. Joanna Feliciano serves multiple organizations. In HISPA  (Hispanics Inspiring Students’ Performance and Achievement)  as a Role Model across multiple programs being a beam of hope in marginalized communities speaking and inspiring students.

Dr. Joanna Feliciano serves on DEI Advisory Council for the Norm Brodsky College of Business at Rider University supporting their diversity initiatives and was a panel speaker at their Equity & Inclusion at work series. 

Dr. Joanna Feliciano has served as the Chief Operating Officer at elevink, which launched June 2020 focused on helping underrepresented individuals with tools, networking, and access to opportunities. In this role served in the capacity of developing the Cohort program, leading Mentorship program, and supporting career development with resume writing, interviewing, and building personal brand.

Dr. Joanna Feliciano volunteers as a Parent Advocate at The Inspired Community Project, Inc in the Bronx which was founded under the idea that special education instruction, resources and career opportunities should be equally accessible across all people, communities, and boroughs. She has spoken at the Yearly Fundraiser and on organization’s video sharing her personal journey being a Mom of 2 Children with Special Needs.

Dr. Joanna Feliciano story was highlighted in “Hispanic Rising Stars” Volume II that showcases stories of U.S. Hispanics with diverse backgrounds, experiences, challenges, and ongoing contributions being made by this strong and resilient community.
