Angelina Cuadrado is a public servant, healthcare operations professional, and community advocate dedicated to advancing education, public health, and civic engagement. A proud alumna of William Paterson University, she currently serves as a Commissioner and District Delegate for the Haledon Board of Education and Vice President of the Haledon Board of Health.
Professionally, Angelina works as an Operations Support Liaison at Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Jersey, where she supports major pharmaceutical organizations through operational strategy, client engagement, and service excellence.
Her commitment to community extends through numerous leadership roles, including serving as a Trustee of LUPE Fund, Inc., Trustee of WEDO Passaic County, Sub-Treasurer of the United Puerto Rican Council, and Secretary of the Cultural Pathways Foundation.
She is also actively involved in youth leadership and emergency preparedness initiatives throughout Passaic County.
Known for her collaborative leadership style and passion for service, Angelina is committed to building stronger communities through advocacy, mentorship, and meaningful civic engagement.
