LUPE works to promote civic engagement and provide training for those wishing to run for public office.  It is a non-partisan program to encourage and train women to run for elected office, position themselves for appointed office, or work on a campaign. Limited scholarship opportunities are available.

Every year we offer scholarships to the program. These scholarships are offered on a first come first serve basis to members in good standing. Become a member today!
