Serving as Vice President of LUPE Fund, Inc., Karem Ospino is a Latina entrepreneur and financial strategist dedicated to empowering businesses and communities.

As the Founder & CEO of Ospino Consulting, a nationally recognized accounting and advisory firm, she brings over 20 years of experience helping small and mid-sized businesses achieve financial clarity, efficiency, and growth. Under her leadership, the firm has been named one of the Top 50 Accounting Services Practice Firms in the U.S. (2023 & 2024).

Karem is also a passionate mentor and advocate, supporting entrepreneurs through the Statewide Hispanic Chamber of Commerce of NJ and serving on the board of 1st Bergen Federal Credit Union. Her impact has been widely recognized, including being named one of El Diario NY’s “Mujeres Destacadas” (2025).
