Karem Ospino, MSA, is a Latina entrepreneur, financial strategist, and advocate for small business success and Latina leadership. As the founder and CEO of Ospino Consulting, she empowers entrepreneurs with financial clarity and strategies for sustainable growth. With over 20 years of experience in accounting and finance, she has built a nationally recognized firm, named one of the Top 50 Accounting Services Practice Firms in the U.S. by Woodard in 2023 and 2024.
Beyond her expertise in controllership, FP&A, and CFO services, Karem is deeply committed to the Latino business community. She serves as Vice President of LUPE Fund, a nonprofit dedicated to educating and empowering Latinas in leadership and civic engagement. She has helped organize The Power of Latinas Conference and Elección Latina, driving greater political and economic participation.
She also mentors Latino entrepreneurs through the Statewide Hispanic Chamber of Commerce of NJ and is a graduate of Stanford University’s Latino Business Action Network program. Additionally, she serves on the Board of 1st Bergen Federal Credit Union, supporting financial literacy and accessibility.
