Priscilla Garcés is a disability advocate, trained climate reality leader and global peace ambassador dedicated to advancing equity, accessibility, and civic engagement.

She is the founder of Always Forward and has been recognized locally, and most recently, in the international space for her leadership in disability rights, accessibility, civic engagement, and advocacy work related to public policy.  

Her advocacy efforts on disability rights helped support the passage of New Jersey’s Workability Legislation, earning her recognition on Insider NJ’s Top 100 Policymakers List. She also previously ranked #1 on Insider NJ’s influential Millennials list.

On the global stage, Priscilla serves as a United Nations Representative for WFWPI and Global Ambassador for Peace on behalf of UPF and WFWPI, participating in international high level political forums focused on accessibility, sustainability, women’s empowerment, digital transformation, peace building and protecting vulnerable communities.

She has recently earned first place in the Mujer Generosidad Category for the 2026 Inspirando Vidas Awards in Mexico,” granted to women who inspire others to serve, engage in advocacy and take simple actions that make a major impact in their communities.

Through her leadership and advocacy, Priscilla continues to champion inclusion, representation, and opportunity for underserved communities.
